As a woman who is forever barefoot in my home & garden, with my hands in the earth, & out upon windswept oceans & mountains, I needed a natural butter that heals deeply & continues to protect my skin & hair, so I birthed Rose & Cedar & she has been working beautifully for me! My daughter loves to use her too.
Like with all of my medicines ~ internal or external ~ not only is her physical medicine felt, but her essence/plant spirit is also felt, connecting us with her soul as she weaves into our own.
There’s something in this botanical butter ~ through the scent, the feel, the presence ~ that deeply grounds us, whilst cleansing away unwanted energy which may surround us also.

❀ About the Plants
Cedar ~ my most protective plant kin & one of my favourite scents! She sits in my garden, looking over my medicines & making sure my space remains sacred. Her essence & smell always returns me to forest, the grounding of the Earth, & the freedom of the land. Not only does Cedar nourish & protect our skin/hair, she helps gift us antioxidants as we smother her over our skin.
For many reasons Cedar was called to be part of this infusion.
Rose ~ my beloved beautiful Rose…I have about 5 different Rose bushes blossoming in my medicine garden, & her beauty is felt by all. Medicine for/of the heart, bringing in her tenderness, her feminine spirit, her goddess soul, & her delicate scent of beauty & femininity. Rose is so deeply nourishing for us I yet ally & externally, soothing, calming, restoring…she just has to be part of this butter.
Holding her together is Avocado butter, gently infused in the oil of olives, & has a subtle but beautifully feminine/natural scent.
Suggestion: Rose & Cedar is a very rich botanical butter for dry/dehydrated/wisdom-full skin & hair, so a little goes a long way! Work with her whenever your body calls. Beautiful after a warm Bath, or massaged into sore hands & heels after tending to a garden. For hair gently massage into the ends {dry NOT wet hair} leave for 30 mins, then rinse off as usual with shampoo & conditioner. NOTE: as plant medicines affect each of us differently, please make your own judgment when applying as to whether you need more or less than suggested.
