Tao Remedy ~ Balance/Wisdom/Recovery {Inflammation/Pain} 30ml
‘Tao’ {pronounced ‘Dao’} meaning to flow/surrender to the natural order rather than fight against it, with the Yin/Yang working together as one. When our body/spirit/nature is out of balance, disease/inflammation/deep traumas persist/‘flare up’, stopping our natural flow, disconnecting us from life’s meaning/purpose. The plant medicines in Tao remedy support our body/soul in returning us to exactly where we are by bringing back balance, calm, recovery, & deep wisdom.
Her colour is a beautiful deep purple, a reflection of the purple plant medicines & essence within of both earthly & spiritual truth, working together as one.
❀ About the Plants
African Basil ~ the Yang of the medicine, full of antioxidants & vitamin K to help quicker wound healing, supporting us in inflammation & body/joint pains too. This medicine brings into our spirit a warrior soul, with its Yang essence, clearing the way for the return of our balance. Even with just a few drops of African Basil you feel an immense calm/sensation rising up within, breaking us open to begin our physical/Spirtual recovery & rest.
Blueberry ~ the Yin of the medicine, with both her berries & leaves, she returns the flow, the remembrance of our meaning/belonging/purpose. She is full of flavonoids that support us in fighting chronic inflammation/pain in our physical body, whilst also fighting the Spiritual pain/traumas too.
Verbena ~ ahhh one of my most adored, beautifully working within/without to restore/purify both the Yin & Yang, overseeing the flow {especially in the womb/inner seasons of woman} easing the body & souls fight to hold on. Her medicine holds us together, nurturing/calming the ego, surrendering to attachments/old ways, so we can BE in the present, return to our true self, & ‘feel’ into the knowing of the heart where all wisdom/enlightenment resides.
Lavender ~ one of my first plant loves, her scent/taste/calming nature just had to be part of this remedy. She also helps gift us courage to let go of the physical & deep emotional pain/inflammation/anxieties that arise from keeping in too much struggle for too long. Her peaceful presence also supports us through the night, settling our soul with inner whispers that remind us ‘everything’s going to be ok’. She alone is a beautiful medicine to help return our Tao.
Self-Heal ~ the healer of hope, inspiration, & encouragement when we feel we have lost our way…this tender blossom brings us back ‘home’. Her medicine is also high in antioxidants/anti-inflammation, working well alongside the other plants to ease internal struggle/swelling/pain.
Rosemary ~ one of my most protect plants in my medicine garden, a wise sage, an elder, another warrior that holds our spirit up when we have fallen to our knees. She brings in the breath of life, ~ to our pain/inflammation/spirit ~ moving through us to keep us flowing forward with strength.
Suggestion: Up to one whole dropper twice daily. Refrigerate, shake, use within 3 months. NOTE: as plant medicines affect each of us differently, please make your own judgment when dosing as to whether you need more or less than suggested.
May the heart, health, & wildness within my medicines return you to your own.
